The Universal Trim provides a neat join where timber or laminate meets another floor at the same level or with a slight height change. It is commonly used between flooring and ceramic tiles or as an expansion trim positioned through the middle of a room.
Available in Black, Bronze, Silver, Champagne and a selection of timber-look colours, it is suitable for domestic and light commercial use. It is not suited to areas exposed to stock trolleys or heavy point loads.
Installation is simple:
- Fix the Universal Base Trim to the subfloor with a permanent construction adhesive.Â
- After the flooring is in place, choose the insert that meets the required height.Â
- Each base kit includes three insert options. Slide the insert into the correct underside channel, then press fit the trim into the base.
The Universal Trim has a 40 mm top cover and is supplied in 3.4 metre lengths.
